Dit was een mooie samenwerking met de organisatie zelf. De vernieuwde strategie hebben we doorvertaald naar een strategisch actieplan en jaarplannen voor de teams. De voortgang op de strategie hebben we fysiek inzichtelijk gemaakt in een ruimte waar de resultaatgerichte dialoog werd gefaciliteerd. Deze organisatie was in staat om in korte tijd hun nieuwe strategie te realiseren.<\/p>\n<h3>Een lerende organisatie<\/h3>\n<p>Voor een overheidsinstantie heeft Willeke een traject begeleid voor de afdeling Klachtenservice. Hier komen allerlei klachten en signalen binnen van cli\u00ebnten waar veel van geleerd kan worden om de dienstverlening te verbeteren. Door het inzetten van leercirkels waarbij medewerkers uit diverse afdelingen samen kijken naar wat beter kan vanuit de praktijk, worden verbeteringen gerealiseerd en bewustwording vergroot. Er is zowel aandacht voor de &#8216;harde&#8217; kant (het verbeteren van processen, systemen, werkinstructies) als de &#8216;zachte&#8217; kant (het delen van ervaringen, samenwerking en leiderschap). Een krachtig en praktisch middel om continu verbeteren in de praktijk te brengen.<\/p>\n<h3>Proactieve dienstverlening<\/h3>\n<p>Voor een overheidsinstantie heeft Willeke een project begeleid waarbij een nieuwe proactieve dienstverlening opgezet is voor een specifieke klantgroep. Een mooi voorbeeld waarbij een overheidsinstelling laat zien proactief in te spelen op signalen en relaties op te bouwen wat leidt tot meer tevreden klanten. Zoals \u00e9\u00e9n van de klanten zei: &#8216;Uiteindelijk moet je het toch samen doen!&#8217;. Een nieuwe dienstverlening neerzetten binnen een bepaalde structuur vraagt om visie en daadkracht. Door de juiste mensen bij elkaar te brengen en te werken met een &#8216;light&#8217; variant van Agile werken is deze dienstverlening uiteindelijk succesvol onderdeel geworden van de dienstverlening.<\/p>\n<h3>Klantgerichte organisatie<\/h3>\n<p>Voor een maatschappelijke bank hebben we de klantcontactorganisatie onder de loep genomen. De wens was om voor de klant echt het verschil te maken met persoonlijke klantcontact. In dit traject kwamen de volgende onderdelen aan bod:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visie op klantcontact uitwerken en tastbaar maken voor de hele organisatie<\/li>\n<li>Experimenten met klantteams in het klein. Op basis van deze experimenten feedback verzameld en de visie en aanpak aangescherpt<\/li>\n<li>Aanpassing organisatiestructuur met bijbehorende adviesaanvraag<\/li>\n<li>Training en coaching van medewerkers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het traject zelf heeft voor een boost gezorgd voor medewerkers en managers.
